This is where we spent first two days in Amami.

I climbed Tsurugisan too!!! Only I climbed it on my bike!!! Didn't go all the way up to the top though since I didn't have time (it was the last day of my 8 day bike trip and I was heading on my way back home and still had about 80km to do that day before getting to Takamatsu).

When are we going to go for a hike/picnic!!! Please, we really must. It will be so much fun, that is if we can find a decent-sized mountain or place to hike. I'll look into it.

For the mean time, I am hiking Mount Fuji this upcoming weekend for the second time, only this time I am leaving at 10pm at night and climbing through the night to catch sunrise at the top. I am very excited about it.
